If you’re a fan of our locally produced ‘High’ or you’re just a curious cat, this should be pretty great news to you. If you’ve ever heard of Ogogoro and you’re either too scared to try it or haven’t ever had the chance to, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi is the place to be this weekend.

The Studio of Modé is having an interactive two-day event tagged: ‘Palm Wine and Other Drinks, An Exhibition'. It comes up on the 27th and 28th August, 2016 at 4 Olumo Road, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos.

This indigenous and exciting event will also shine light on the different variations of Nigerian drinks such as Palm wine, Ogogoro, Kunu amongst others and their origins.

There will also be free tasting of these local drinks and the local foods that usually accompany them. This will also be an opportunity learn how these local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are made and what they contain.
